Evaluate several declared questions
POST /v1/systemone accepts a questions object keyed by answer ID. When an application needs several bounded classifications about the same state, it can submit them together and inspect each answer in the response. This avoids building separate request bodies; it does not guarantee parallel execution or a particular latency.
{
"state": {"ticket": "My parcel is late and I want an update."},
"questions": {
"topic": {
"type": "choice",
"instructions": {"question": "Which team should handle this?"},
"criteria": {
"delivery": "Parcel status, late delivery, or tracking",
"billing": "Charges, invoices, refunds, or subscriptions"
}
},
"mentions_refund": {
"type": "noul",
"instructions": {"question": "Does the message request a refund?"},
"criteria": {
"true": "The customer asks to return money or reverse a charge",
"false": "No refund is requested"
}
}
}
}
Read each answer's outcome and evidence. Only act on an answer your application understands and is authorized to handle. A classification does not detect all personal data, guarantee a security property, or replace application policy. See the System One API for the response contract.
