Do I need a paid plan to use my own engine?
No. The engine, models, SDKs and bundle exports are free, including commercial use, under Apache-2.0. Decisions on your own machine are never priced.
What counts as a hosted decision?
A hosted chat, run creation or answer, System One request, or tool call that reaches a decision. We meter decisions rather than words or tokens.
Who pays for my external model provider?
You do. Bring your own provider key for Tier 3; the provider bills you directly. Siliqun Rotor does not resell those tokens.
Can my models and data stay on my infrastructure?
Yes. Run the engine on your machine, or discuss Sovereign for Studio and engine on your servers or an in-Kingdom host. Support, audit export and retention are defined in your contract.
