Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Siliqun Rotor's hosted platform: the Studio and the hosted engine. Please read them before you create an account or an API key.

Who we are

Siliqun Rotor is operated by an individual trading as Siliqun Rotor ("we", "us"). You can reach us at owner@sqrplatform.com. The Contact page has the details.

What the platform is

  • The Studio: where you sign in, design agents, connect your tools, and export bundles.
  • The hosted engine: the engine we run for you, on a server we control, when you do not run your own.

Hosted access is by invitation for now.

The engine and models are not what you buy

The engine, its Open Weights models and the SDKs are free, including commercial use, under Apache-2.0 (any third-party component keeps its own licence, listed with each download). You can download them, run them, embed them and ship them without an account or a key.

An API key gives your organisation access to the platform, and that is all it does. A key never licenses the engine or the models, and these terms never restrict what their licences allow.

Your account

  • An organisation is created by a signed-in member. You are responsible for the people you invite and for what they do in your workspace.
  • Keep your API keys secret. Anyone holding a key can use the platform as your organisation. If a key leaks, revoke it in the Studio and tell us.
  • When you create a key, we record which version of these terms applied, the account that created it, and when.
  • Where you let another application act for your workspace, the person who grants that access decides what it may use, and can revoke it.

Your content

You own what you bring and what you build: your declarations, cues, flows, documents, and the bundles you export. We use your content only to run the platform for you. We do not use it to train Siliqun Rotor's shared models or anyone else's. What you teach your project applies to your project only.

Your own model provider

If you connect your own language model provider, it receives only what your project's configuration sends it. That provider bills you directly under its own terms. We never bill, resell or pay for those calls. The platform works fully without one.

Plans and payment

  • Plans, prices and limits are on the Pricing page. Hosted usage is measured in decisions, never in seats or tokens. Decisions on your own machine are never priced.
  • Pro and Team are sold by card through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd and Paddle.com Inc), which is the merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of the subscription, runs the checkout, charges and remits VAT or sales tax, and its own terms govern that sale.
  • Where card payment is not yet open for your workspace, you can request Pro or Team in the Studio instead: we send an invoice, and the plan starts when it is paid.
  • Sovereign and services are invoiced directly, under a written agreement.
  • You can cancel a monthly plan at any time, however you paid; it runs to the end of the month you paid for, then your workspace returns to the Free plan. Refunds are explained on the Refunds page.

Fair use

Do not use the platform to break the law, to harm others, to get around its limits or security, or to reach another customer's data. We may suspend access that does any of these, and we will tell you why.

When access ends

Platform access ends when your key is revoked or expires, or when your account is closed. You can close your account by emailing us. Copies of the engine and models you have already downloaded remain yours under their own licences. Ask us before closing if you want an export of anything still held on the platform.

No warranty

The platform is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law does not let us limit.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change matters to how you use the platform, we will tell your workspace's owners by email before it takes effect.

Governing law

To be confirmed with counsel. This section is not final.
